Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be in original packaging (opened or unopened)

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive incorrect items, contact us immediately. We will ship a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund including shipping charges.

How to Request a Refund

2. Include reason for refund (optional but helpful)
3. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions if applicable
4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

Exceptions

Bacteriostatic Water that has been opened and punctured cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. All other products are eligible for our 30-day guarantee.
